F&I Support Coordinator - Milton Location

FULL-TIME F&I SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR - METRO TRUCK GROUP, MILTON LOCATION.

The Metro Truck Group is a full-service centre for all heavy truck and trailer needs. As our trusted brand continues to evolve, we are currently looking for an F&I Support Coordinator to join our team at our busy Full Service Elite Dealership residing in Milton, ON.

The F&I Support Coordinator is a central role within the company as they are responsible for coordinating transactions between the Sales, F&I, and Audit departments for direct lender channels.  Responsible for ensuring the accurate documentation, audit and follow up of financial information, both before and after a lease agreement is signed.

Main Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Greet and welcome customers in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Receive loan applications and prepare quotes for Vendors and/or Lessees
  • Confirm all necessary information is received to process loan/lease applications
  • Check details of the request with the F&I Manager, and correctly enter transaction details into the application system(s)
  • Submit application to Credit Dept. of lenders
  • Contact customers to confirm details of their contract, and review transaction pricing using the tools provided
  • Send out legal documents to Vendor and/or Lessee.
  • Follow up for the return of documents, as required
  • Reviews all transaction documentation to ensure it is properly executed and in compliance with credit authorization and pricing guidelines
  • Prepare Lease packages for lender audit
  • Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal regulations and internal company policies, including but not limited to Reducing the Risk (Anti-Money Laundering), Know Your Customer, and Information Security & Privacy
  • Updates and distributes indirect lease program pricing information, as applicable, at the direction of the Managing Director, and maintains a database of indirect contacts
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries in regards to their lease
  • Maintain high level attention to detail in completing all appropriate paperwork
  • Prioritizes tasks for the workday and re-evaluate priorities as new tasks are required
  • Answer the telephone, direct the calls, and/or take and forward messages as necessary
  • Supportively work alongside department colleagues, and Metro Truck Sales Representatives
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures as set out by the Metro Truck Group of companies
  • General house-keeping duties as required
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • University or College degree
  • 2+ years of administration experience, preferably in financial services
  • Fluent in English, Bilingual in Punjabi and/or Hindi
  • Excellent computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Defined analytical skills, with an aptitude for mathematics including financial calculations
  • Strong customer service mindset and uphold an overall professional demeanor
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment and/or independently
  • Strong communication, organization and time management skills; ability to interact effectively with customers and all levels of staff
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively manage time
  • Outstanding work ethic with a willingness to learn
  • Required to have reliable transportation to and from work
